Both are more or less nearing the final curtain
    In terms of boxing

Seems an odd one for a headliner but I like the fight a lot

it’s a good fight but as you say a headliner? Especially in an arena that size. I know it was originally planned to be an Usyk Chisora undercard fight. Obviously that situation with the WBO isn’t sorted yet.

Scott quigg was never the same after frampton demolished him. Frampton took his soul. Now another Irishman is going to finish him off. Pity really, quigg was good there for a while.

Guessing he would lose money cancelling the venue, and this was next best he could put on.

Personally like the fight a lot, think Quigg may still be to good for Jono.

Callum Johnson vs the lad I cannot spell for the EBU also listed for the card.

Strangely could end up as Matchrooms most interesting card in ages

Jono Carroll is pretty terrible surely Quigg walks through him even though he's broken to bits at the point

Thought Jono Carroll fought well against Farmer and the scorecards were very wide against him in that fight. Should be a good scrap.

Terrific fight stylistically. Quiggs been out a long time now. If he is 80% of the fighter he was at his best he will beat Carroll with a bit to spare. If not he will have his work cut out. An all action fight.
