Is Fury correctly focusing more on strength and looking to KO Wilder in the rematch?

I hope so, it would make the rematch and any future fights of his a lot more entertaining at least.

Fury has never ever knocked out anyone. Not even Wilder with his soft chin is at risk when hit by Fury's shoulder punches.

I have been saying all over these forums that Fury cannot just do the same as the previous fights. Wilder knows his game, will read him, time his shots and land a big one.
Fury is no mug, I've met him, he knows the game. He knows that Wilder is ineffective on his back foot and is planning to push him back. Take a look at the second Chisora fight.

You think Vitali hit harder? Hmmm... Not sure but I’d bet anything big Vit was physically stronger than Wilder. Also WAY smarter and had just as big of a mean streak.

Now Wladimir I do believe hit harder than Wilder. He just didn’t throw all his shots from the other side of the ring with every ounce of his ****ing energy like Wilder does.

Sorry. Maybe I misunderstood. I meant Vitaly hit harder than Fury. Fury, as big as he is, has not displayed great power.

I don't see a fat, under prepared, under experienced, failed prospect as the best parallel to Fury entering the Wilder rematch.

    - Entered camp late
    - Always fat or skinny fat
    - Fights novice bums in between fighting wilder ..thus missing out on real experience

    I personally see the parallel

If his strategy is to go for the KO, then he will most definitely get KO'd in return. His strategy should remain the same, he has to outbox him and hope he doesn't get robbed again. Taking unnecessary risks will be beyond idiotic especially considering Wilder's proven one punch KO power.

Tyson said he was going to KO Wilder in their first fight. That became all forgotten when the opening bell rang.

Fury has better skills he just loses his concentration and with a big puncher like Wilder you cannot lose your concentration..

I agree. With that body he can get leverage, but Wilder punches so much harder that Fury committing to anything keeps him lingering long enough to be countered.

I would honestly laugh my ass off and admit I've been wrong about Fury this whole time. But, I expect him to get knocked silly early in the fight. All I've seen points to that eventuality.
