It irrelevant, as this shows just the opinion of few American writers you a (commercial) magazine that can be bought and is no official rating by any means; in fact even Boxing Monthly is mostly better and partly Fightnews too.

The PBO now publishs the unbiased computer world rankings, which is the most objective one most likely. In the very most kinds of sports are the officials rankings computerized for previous mentioned reasons (like in tennis, chess, golf and even football).

Have I ever named the Ring Magazin (corrupt) fantasy rankings here until (you did) now?:dunno:rolleyes:
I don't think so! Therefore I have to admit you are wrong as always. Ra's AL-Guhl

Just go away you silly ****! I cant be dealing with twats like you on a Sunday morning! - McVey

Why bother replying? He's cleaning your clock, and like you said it's Sunday morning.

Vitali was born in June 1971 and first retired in December2004 making him 33.
He then came back in October 2008.
I doubt he would have improved after the age of 33. So I think we saw his prime.

Good grief, you can't get a post right without messing something up. NO, Sam Mcvey would not have been the heaviest man Jeffries fought for his title, Jack Munroe was ( 215 ) . Why do you keep making so many mistakes?

Points of interest are the date of the offer, Sam Mcvey age, and how much Jeffries made in pervious fights, which were a lot more than 18k.

A new paper quote for a fight by the way is nothing new.

To add a little color,, Sam McVey lost three fights in the row from 1903-1904, an as I told you quit boxing in 1905! Sam Mcvey by the was was a teenager in 1904. 19 year of age. No way a guy that young who lost three in a row deserved a shot at the champion!

Please send the link of that article, I'd like to read out for myself. Fair enough?

Learn to read you illiterate moron here is my post!
McVey at 205lbs would have been the biggest class man Jeffries fought as champion.
Ive underlined class man for you numb nuts.
Or perhaps you think Munroe was class?
And for your further information neither Jeffries or Munroe weighed in! Their weights were estimated and varied from newspaper to newspaper! Ignoramus!

How can a guy who lost his three fights under the age of 20 and quit the game for a year be considered class opponent? Do tell! Dumb @ss.

Now I'm waiting to read that sorry. Post it here please. And it's clear Munroe was above 205 pounds. The live gate here was estimated to be $35,000, a bit more than the 18k offer you have yet to post. So Jeffries appears to have made more vs Munroe.

And speaking off weights where can I see Ketchel @170 pounds vs Johnson verified by the scales? That is fiction. Pollack said the gate between Johnson and Johnson is unknown, yet you lie and say you know it. No you don't. I'll take his word over yours anytime. You'll just quote a source that also says Johnson quit like a dog vs. Klondike to try to save face.

McVey along with Johnson was considered to be the standout black fighter of that time and the papers were asking when Jeffries would defend against him.
Nobody knows Munroe's weight he did not weigh in that's twice you've been told that. How ****ing stupid are you? Jeffries did not get $35,000 that was the estimated total gate you moron! Or do you think the Promoter put it on for free and Munroe fought for nothing?
Pollack gives two figures for the gate reciepts $21,800 the fighters getting 60%[ $13,080 ]withJeffries receiving $7,448and Munroe$5,232 The other figure isa gross of$31,800, $11,488 to Jeffries ,Munroe getting $7.632Which ever is correct both figures for jeffries are consedrably less thnahe would have got had he taken up the $18,000 gaurantee to fight McVey.

I'm sick of challenging you on the Johnson v Johnson purse .I told you the book the chapter and the page to find it on . You were asked by me to bet I knew it, the loser to quit this site for good you swallowed your ***** and refused to take the bet so STFU ! Eunuchs dont get to talk when men are speaking!

This is a controversial opinion, but Vitali Klitschko is the one man I would pick to fight for me, if my life were on the line, against anybody in history.
