All roads pass through Usyk? I disagree. He needs to prove himself in the division. I've got no trouble with him getting a title shot, but the top HWs don't owe him anything. He has accomplished absolutely nothing at the weight.

exactly, personal bias and dislike towards fury make some fans forget all his achievements

cant be a terrible fighter with all those belts coming up the levels.

eventually you will find your level ala David Price

Usyk can speak English competently but he IS actually a funny guy and knows exactly what he is doing with all the euro dancing and the ‘I am very feel’

Beating the three-belt unified king Wlad (albeit a past prime version) in his backyard who hadn't been bested in a decade and a 100% Bootleg D who was in the form of his life in his backyard when he was only 40%>>> everyone else in the division's achievements

Absolutely! Wlad was the most boring fighter of all time. Fury didn’t help matters and maybe it was a bad matchup for both guys. AJs fight with Wlad was much more exciting but it was an older version and he was more aggressive. I’m not a Fury hater. I enjoy his unique skill set and regard him as the slickest, best moving big guys I have ever seen. He can’t punch with great power like most heavyweights but he has skills they don’t have and he’s very big. It’s fun to see Fury’s version of the sweet science when he’s at his best.

Depending on the guy, I’m happy to bet you. Vargas is definitely very beatable and I expect Mikey to win. I’ll take the Garcia fight if it happens. Garcia is far from great but I think he takes care of Mikey.

Lean, maybe? Skinny was the wrong word choice. He’s not a wall of muscle like AJ, isn’t cut up like Wilder but he’s not fat. Usyk looks like a HW fighter from another era. He’s also got a great gastank at cruiser. If he takes it to the HW division, he will get KOs from accurate punching when his opponents gas out. I like his pressure style and movement. Really hoping this experiment works well because it creates another layer of excitement in the division. Was hoping Ruiz would have been a factor but that isn’t looking too good these days.

Usyk is also quirky and funny. It’s hard to not like the guy, he’s like a little kid in an adults body.

he is 100% trolling with his English. He’s one of the very few Eastern European guys that can transcend the language barrier in humour.

And for everyone slaying me for sticking up for fury, I never once knocked Usyk. The guy is world class. He’s unified cruiser and beat the like of bredeis in Latvia ffs.

I just think it would be a boring a.ss decision fight, 7-5 either way, nobody agreeing on who won and it wouldn’t sell.

It didn't surprise me. I said they would both have success doing what they do, because they are both too ordinary to prevent the other one from having success. You can disagree on the results, but they both did their thing, like they do with all the rest of the mediocrity.
    Mikey beats Loma.

And fought hardly no one to gain them
If fury had a bridge to sell you
    You'd buy it

I just think his achievements are pretty damn impressive for someone who couldn’t even get a promoter and was shafted throughout the amateurs.

chisora for the British belt is pretty good for that level considering chisora is hanging around the top 15 to this day?

hammer for the euro? Hammer is defs euro level so well earned

    klit for all the marbles

wilder for the wbc while out of shape

I’d say that’s pretty damn fair

Fury's comments were pretty disrespectful to Eastern Europeans. There is no place in sports for such poop. It should be may the best man win, not where they come from.

I reckon winning the WBA, WBO, IBF, RING and LINEAL, lol, by making wlad terrified and think about the time spent in the sauna all fight speaks for itself
