You clearly suggested it, so I quoted you for it and I will continue to quote you for it.

You have to also remember that he was inactive and facing serious personal problems. Try to remember that too instead of only what you prefer to remember.

Look who's talking about intelligence. The guy who is clearly suggesting, and admitted, that Fury is scared of Usyk only to say "Hey!!, don't quote me on that!, I didn't directly say it!!!".

Are you even serious with that garbage post?. Historically or not, it's called the Cruiserweight division and his claim to fame is beating top opposition in that division. If being a Cruiserweight is irrelevant, as you are trying to put it, it wouldn't be a division altogether.

He needs to test himself more in the Heavyweight division, that's what I clearly said. I never questioned his P4P status in general.

Fury says a lot of things. Usyk isn’t proven at HW, this is certain. Unified champs don’t usually have to work their way into title contention when they move up. They might take a tuneup or two to acclimate to the weight (like Ward did when he moved to LH) but they don’t typically start at the bottom like a prospect. When Loma moved to LW, he fought Linares for the belt in his first fight, Crawford could have fought Spence or Thurman (if he wasn’t injured) and got a title shot with Horn, there is precedent in boxing for champs moving up and challenging for a title. Canelo uses his popularity to do it and I don’t see anyone complaining. He enjoys moving up and cherry picking belts.

Usyk isn’t targeting a weak (or aged and faded) HW opponent to snatch a belt and move back down to Cruiserweight. He’s trying to make a career at HW. It remains to be seen if he will be successful but Furys comments make me laugh a bit because aside from Wilder, he has only faced unknowns and nobodies in his return. You would think an unknown “nobody” would tick all the boxes for Fury.

We still don't know how good he is at HW. He has not won a single significant fight. It's possible he is, sure, but you're comfortable assuming it whereas I am not. If Usyk wants to command big fights, he needs to show something at the weight. He wasn't compelling against Witherspoon, understanding that it was his initial foray. He needs a fight this spring against a top 10 opponent and to look great in it.

But Seferi, Pajcic and Shwartz are proven at HW, right?

A lot of women find AJ attractive, just like Ray Leonard and Ali, he has female fans and sells out large stadiums in Britain something Usyk probably can`t do in his home land and sometghing Canelo could easily do in Mexico, Usyk will never be a star despite his amazing ability I feel.

Being full of Billy Saunders would be a sight for sore eyes, maybe that`s why he left Ben Davison.

Who are the legit lower top ten heavies? Usyk already outclassed Joyce in the amateurs just after he won a silver at the olympics.

    The bottom line.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with fighting the #1 from the division below with his fighting anyone at all, but you also can't be ducking a guy that has proven next to zero in your weight division. A reasonable win would do it now I think, get him in among the ten on merit I mean, but right now holding Fury to a duck isn't fair.

Some of the **** Fury has been saying about Usyk is just bizarre though. That the heavyweight champion "can only be from England or America" is the dumbest thing to come out of his mouth since that zionist stuff.

You mean hindsight? The point is Holy proved it can be done and Usyk is by far the best cruiser since Holy surely it`s exciting prospect seeing if can translate his ability at heavyweight.

It`s xenophobic, Fury has made racist remarks before, he`s obviously very nationalistic and not very well cultured.

I don`t think they will be inviting Usyk to the WWE like when they brought Floyd to wrestlemania or Fury recently, maybe he could fight Fury in the WWE.

So what? This isn't an amateur tourney and Joyce sucks.
He looked less than dominant against the only low level HW he has so far faced. How bout we let him show us he belongs before we argue about what he does and doesn't deserve.

Hopkins never got the invite but he headlined plenty of boxing PPVs.
