I honestly think that Povetkin takes this, he'll frustrate Whyte and outbox him and claim a points win

Is this fight signed yet lads? I like it. Pity Povetkin is getting on.

Getting on or not he’s definitely a live dog in this fight. He can take a punch, deliver a punch and can go the distance. Not an easy fight at all for Whyte.

I think a motivated and fit Ruiz puts Whyte away in the middle to late rounds but it would be a captivating and unpredictable shoot out.

Whyte likely beats Povetkin and forces a middle to late stoppage but the first few rounds would be dangerous for Dillian. If he leaves himself too open then Povetkin might just get him out of there because he can still bang, particularly in the first half of fights.

Not sure about that. Hunter did some damage to Povetkin early and Whyte hits alot harder. Either way i would still expect Whyte to pace himself and try get Povetkin out late on. Could be interesting i guess, if Rivas can put Whtye down then an aging Povetkin could do it.

It may have been stated on here already but Ruiz split with Robles. Robles said he expected the phone call because Andy wasn't listening to Robles or his own dad.

I really hope Ruiz doesn't get any more PPV loot. I don't think he'll be in decent shape ever again after earning over 15 million dollars from the AJ fights. Hearn should stay away from him or risk a complete sham of a fight. Ruiz is happy to pocket a few mil and turn up a mess.

You were loudly pontificating after the weigh in for the Joshua rematch that Ruiz had played a blinder with the weight.

Manny Robles came across with a lot of class in the ESPN interview re the split with Ruiz.

I found it hard to believe that a man would enter a ring for such a big fight so badly prepared. Heavyweights often put on weight to hit harder. It's not uncommon. I assumed Ruiz had done the same and I was very wrong. So what?

I still say stay away from povetkin. Whyte would probably beat him at this point but povetkins hard work. Hes built like a tank and still hits pretty hard. Plus hes pretty good at getting inside. Whytes just getting back...better going for someone easier first.

Povetkin caused joshua problems...luckily for the new guys hes old and past it but cant see anyone getting out against povetkin without a bit of a battle. Hes game and hes forgot more than guys like whyte and most of them know. Luckily hes old and his dimensions are bad for a heavyweight who,s quite flat footed. Great fight...would fancy whyte. But i,d sidestep povetkin if i was a heavyweight that wasn,t a great mover. Hes a solid unit.

I am confident in Whytes ability to win this fight

He is always underestimated, all his qualities mesh together to grind out a win against anyone

Which is perfectly OK because Joshua hits hard and Whyte took fight on short notice completely out of shape with broken shoulder and less fight experience than AJ who was a gold olympian with 60 amateur fights

Now sparring partners of both AJ and Whyte say Whyte would beat AJ
