    Godoy would probably win.

    Ruddock was not active enough to outpoint Godoy, and he would be unlikely to stop him.

    Agree with this post. Godoy is an underrated contender. Very tough guy.

    The only person to ever stop Godoy, was Leonard Morrow, who interestingly scored the knockout of Archie Moore, that is often held up as a shock today!

    I’m not all that familiar with the history there but I think Godoy was getting on in years by the time he fought Morrow from what it seems. But Godoy fought for a very long time. Met lots of tough guys in the ring. And was rarely stopped

    He was certainly a tough guy, just been lookin at his ring record. Wow the guys he faced in his, it's like a who s who of that time. I'm going with Godoy in a fight where both men are severally tested with their chin s. His style of brawling and getting in close v Ruddock trying to take his head off with the smash, would be a possible thriller.

    Apparently Godoy was stopped on three occasions in his career though I don’t know the details. Still only being stopped three times in like 130 fights is impressive.
