50-50 fight imo but if I had to pick a winner I'd go with Tubbs. Thoughts?

TUBBS THEN AND TO THIS DAY IS A FAT PIECE OF **** DOPER WHO, AFTER WITHERSPOON AND PAGE, HAD THE BIGGEST TITTIES THIS SIDE OF LONI ANDERSON. WORTHLESS HUMAN BEING.
SPINKS WINS EASILY. FINALLY, LIKE CLARENCE HILL, SPINKS STRETCHES TUBB OF **** FOR THE COUNT.
WHY DO YOU CONSTANTLY PUT THIS TUBBY IN FANTASY FIGHTS? GIVE IT UP EYE.

Was it Greg Page or Tony Tubbs who Spinks had problems with in sparring ? Not sure but I heard somewhere that he struggled with one of them in the gym.... anyway I think Larry Holmes in 1985 was still a better boxer than even a prime Tubbs and spinks kept himself in much better shape.. scoring a knockout over Tony wasn’t out of the question either.

It was Page. I think an in shape Tubbs with all that speed would be reasonably awkward for Spinks who outslicked all the heavyweights he beat.

Tubbs in rare good shape beats Spinks. And I see him hurting Spinks, maybe a ko around the tenth.

Thanks for clearing that up mate. Yeah I’m guessing Spinks would have his hands full with Tubbs. Might be a good fight though.

Absolute prime Tubbs wins a decision. He would make Spinks come to him and negate his offense, to a large extent. Spinks doesn't have the HW strength or power to hurt Tubbs.

The Tubbs who beat Page in April 1985 was in shape at 229 lbs. He was faster and slicker than the Holmes who faced Carl Williams and Spinks in 1985.

Put that version with the Holmes who fought Williams and I see Tubbs winning a clear UD. He would move around Holmes, whereas Williams didn't move too much and still arguably beat Holmes.

I think Tubbs would have more problems with Spinks, but should still be able to tie up and reset all night against the naturally smaller Spinks.

This must be a troll post.

Why do you lose your objectivity so easily and go on illogical, emotionially (bizzare emotions) driven posts?

Tubbs in shape wins this easily. But any version after 1985 loses by decision.
