Mismatch.Ali put on a decent effort against Berbick.

 

I think given Ali's medical issues and age he did look relatively good in the Berbick fight and that in kind of a perverse way it was an underrated effort. But no way he should have gone on after that fight. He should have stayed retired after Spinks II.

 

If he was sensible he would've called it a day after the pasting he took from Shavers

 

I think Ali takes Weaver and could have moved on to take Smith and Berbick... with an outside shot of taking a young Ruddock.
