His defence came from his incredible reflexes.

He used to back to the ropes more when he was older. But he used to lean back and then counter with great combinations. He had great in-fighting skills from the ropes, using body shots and uppercuts off of either hand.

This comment is one that I use frequently to describe RJJ. Reflexes= best during youth. When reflexes slow down...any feints he did would have been rare- so he did as you stated --ended up leaning against the ropes.

Crawford is nowhere near as skilled as Floyd on the front foot, Floyd is much more sharper and is a more accurate puncher then Bud. Bud needs opponents to throw before he can pick them off, Floyd can only create the openings but he mixes up superbly to the body as well.

Bud got you fooled with his sub par resume. He is somehow a p4p elite fighter with a paper thin resume. Dude don't even have a Hatton level opponent on his hitlist.

Yeah I saw that but he probably only had a few fights there I was cutting an insane amount of weight to get there. I think he would be way too big for Floyd while also being fast in comparison. Floyd was never really a full-fledged Junior middle and was a little blown up for Welter

Vs jones jr at middle weight? He would lose a bunch of rounds and then die in a tragic ko.

Putting Floyd against RJJ is a stupid as putting Naz against 140 Mayweather IMO. It's a talented small guy hugely outgunned and without a chance of victory.

"Floyd Mayweather do against Terence Crawford, Roy Jones Jr, Andre Ward, Amir Khan and Sugar Ray Robinson?"

Terence Crawford he beats at 147, 116-112.
Roy Jones Jr is way too big and stops him, P4p Roy would win too.
Andre Ward is way too big and stops Floyd, P4p Floyd would beat Ward.
    Amir Khan Floyd beats easily.
Sugar Ray Robinson if he was allowed 3 months+ to train for a fight and with modern diet and nutrition (drugs) beats Floyd by KO at 147.
