This is for the WBO International 126lb title, second defense of Villa.

Yeah, it'll be a good match for the purists, the kind there's a built-in niche market for... I don't see why they need to dress it up as something other than what it's gonna be. False advertising will only alienate casuals and hurt the sport, if they end up tuning in and feeling underwhelmed.

Come on Villa, you can stop a Rod Salka knockdown victim. Otherwise you might just be too much of a damn feather-fist to keep at this game...maybe look into tennis lessons? :sisi1

Mark Nelson looks like the lovechild of Stephen Tobolowsky and Miguel Ferrer.:sisi1

That's one big bristly beard you got there, kid. Hopefully that means your balls have dropped and your body is producing enough testosterone to crack an egg now?

300-180 amateur bouts edge for Villa over Collado.

Well, he dropped a couple of rounds to Verón, at home, so he's clearly a few rungs below Shelestyuk anyway.

edit: that said, however, McKinson did manage to score a couple of flash knockdowns on Verón, which Shelestyuk didn't ...so, maybe it all cancels out.

    Round 1 Villa 10-9

    Collado looks lost.

    Round 1

Villa is moving counter-clockwise and throwing VERY fast southpaw jabs at the chin, sometimes letting the left knee sink low and spring-loading a big rocketing left into Collado's throat. Collado just plodding after him, oaring the left jab down at the head of Villa, never coming anywhere close to landing it.

    10-9 Villa

    Round 1 Villa 10-9
    Round 2 Villa 10-9

Collado almost JTFO with a body shot. Villa dominant.

    Round 2

Villa is lighting up Collado with southpaw jabs and 1-2s he's never seeing coming. This is like a video game character in "bullet time", relatively sped up while the hapless NPC or AI enemy is stuck in slow-mo. Collado hurt by a body jab, wobbling. Villa dancing almost literal figure-8's around him, throwing combos and hissing through his teeth. Four minutes of action on the official clock and I'm honestly not sure Collado has laid a glove on Villa once. Villa just so fluid, and keeping up a responsible guard even though he probably doesn't even need to. Nothing from Collado even threatening remotely to connect.

    10-9 Villa

    20-18 Villa
