Well, Golovkin did beat a prime, roided Canelo in the first fight. I had Canelo winning the 2nd when watching live but then on rewatching it I thought GGG won. Need to watch a third time.

 

It's hard to say when Pacquiao's peak was considering he had two primes, likely because of PEDs.
