Being reported that Ruiz turned down £2m to fight Whyte in the UK and a second offer of £5m to fight in the US.
https://www.boxingnews24.com/2019/1...thony-joshua-says-sparring-parter-tom-little/ The problem with this is that Little said he, himself, could beat Dubois....... This content is protected All of Joshua's sparring partners have dropped Joshua if you believe the tales. Whyte is decent and he's definitely got a chance against AJ but I can't see past another stoppage or a dominant points win.
Whyte looked terrible in his last fight .big fat gut blowing like steam train eating plenty of leather.in that condition both pov and Ruiz knock him out !
I like Whyte and I’m ignoring the Wach performance but his right hand is still very wild and inaccurate for a top heavyweight and he also leads with his elbow when he jabs. Those are two technical points I feel should have been corrected by now. Whyte will be a handful for almost everyone he fights but he needs to find this extra ‘20%’ that Mark Tibbs talks about pretty quickly
I take it Hearn is holding back from announcing fights until after the wilder fury fight? still waiting on whether Joyce goes Euro with hrgovic or fights ddd for the British? and what’s H fury up to? Pulled out last minute in a fight against a bum and nothing since
Good post, mate. I think his feet/balance also let him down. This cost him a knockdown against Rivas. He got caught because of his poor feet against Joshua and never recovered before getting stopped. That was 5 years ago so these flaws haven’t been ironed out, and won’t be now. He’s an handful and really entertaining to watch though.
