What about his coked up hit and run on a pregnant woman? What a guy.

Not excited. But I'll tune in just on the outside chance of a Reyes upset. Jones is slipping.

    You beat me!

I wanted to say it depends on if he is coked up or not!

The funny thing is I have a friend who is an absolute ringer for him. He claims he doesn't see the resemblance but I think that's largely due to us all giving him **** about all the crazy stuff Jones has done.

Alot of haters for obvious reasons so you won't here much unless he does something wrong or finally loses.
While he won't get much recognition here he is undoubtedly 1 of the best MMA fighters of all time and easily the best light-heavyweight of all time having beaten all the best guys and is capable of doing things few others can.
While Jones is a deserved big favourite again, the talk of another mismatch is silly as he is fighting another 1 of the top contenders in the division.
While Jones has talked about moving up a division in the near future,i'd love to see him beat Adesanya before he inevitably moves up to win the heavyweight title and further cement his greatness.

Reyes has a lot of potential but it seems like this is too soon for him. I would cite his recent struggle with Volkan Oezdimir to back my opinion up. Finishing Chris Weidman doesn't do anything to shake my conviction that Reyes is in over his head.

As bland as he is, Corey Anderson clearly did more to earn the next shot (4 fight win streak including wins over Glover T., Latifi, & Johnny Walker). Why not give him the fight, while letting Reyes get another win against Jan Blakhowitz?

I guess it's just the latest example of the UFC tossing a promising guy in way too deep too early.

He is a drug cheat who has been caught multiple times his achievements all have question marks. Anybody who thinks he is one of the best of all time is a deluded moron.

Yeah id love to see him fight Israel. I think he would take him down and dominate him with superior wrestling and grappling.

Jones at HW would also be great, as theres a bigger chance he gets knocked out and the outcome is not as predictable

His legacy will always be tainted in the eyes of many. Some fans, and even MMA fighters claim he is the GOAT. Others claim he is a drug cheat and has no legacy. Either way you cannot deny he is talented even if he juiced. Lots of fighters juice, yet not many come close to having a resume like his

I'm mildly interested in the Jones-Reyes fight as Reyes is a young hungry big 205 lber BUT the win over a completely shot chinny middleweight Chris Weidman means zero and I thought Reyes lost to Oezdemir. What I find really interesting is Jon Jones' lackluster performances since usada has entered the ufc. He is clearly not the same fighter off ped's. I would not be surprised if Jones loses a fight sometime soon off ped's. There is no one of substance for him to still be hanging around at 205 but he seems very reluctant to fight up at heavy. I see heavy's causing Jones all sorts of trouble even a guy like Curtis Blaydes would be very hard for Jones to beat imo.

The rest of the ufc 247 card is complete garbage. That's two ppv's in a row now that are watered down rubbish with an ok main event imo. Very underwhelming for the fans.

Jones is going to destroy this stiff football player. By what ever method he chooses.

UFC are hesitant pushing him after his **** ups..Seems like when they give him a massive pro mo he feels the pressure to be spectacular and juices and then pisses hot with drug testing with a cancelled event compared to before when he was like something out of a video game and could get away with it. He barely won against a middle weight with banged knees..There isn't much to promote with the non juiced Jones, he's still fake saying prayers but then sucks a bong after each sentence

Jones has never looked good off the sauce. Reyes with his reach and power may cause some issues.

How do you know if he is off the sauce now?

Also, how do you know which fights he was on or off the sauce?
Sometimes he could be on it and never got busted

But I do agree, when he fought OSP and Thiago he seemed pretty small and fought badly so you could be right

Agree. The Jon Jones before usada would have destroyed those middleweight journeymen. Santos and Smith are not top level fighters and weren't even at the lower weight class 185. He should have ran through Santos Like Gegard Mousasi did. Something is not up. He is not cheating now that is whats happening.
