2 exciting blood and guts fighters with a high workrate and great skills. Who do you favor in this scintillating match up? Chocolatito or The Eternal Champion?

Not sure who to favor but it would definitely have been an all out war.

I'm going with González based off familiarity, but from what I've seen from Oba this is a real hard fight.

Chocalitito will be remembered for his losses. He shouldn't but that's life.

Huh? Pretty sure I disagree with this?

on second thought I definitely disagree with this?

Is this really what you remember him for?

In regards to this thread topic which loses at Flyweight do you think would hurt him?

I like Oba here but wouldn’t pick him with any level of certainty. Good fight I need to think about

Remembered for his losses? Please explain to me why. From what I remembered he has only lost twice to the same guy, first loss by close decision that could have went his way, and the other being a KO loss. No shame in that, considering the guy he lost to is also a damn good fighter.

Why do you say he'll be remembered for his losses if he's only lost 2 fights to one guy? That's like saying that Eder Jofre is only remembered for his 2 losses to Fighting Harada.

I think Ohba, with his long left, heart and well placed leads, would be able to take a decision in a FOTY type candidate. However, he would be hurt and tagged throughout, but his frankly amazing recuperative powers would see him through.

I am much more comfortable picking Ohba in 15 rounds than 12, and even that would be a hard fight. I wouldn't be surprised with a Chocolatito decision in 12.
