Just had another look at TFOTC and Frazier was using the cross arm defense similar to how Norton used it v Ali, his right arm was placed across his chin as he bobbed and his left arm across his body, I feel this was one significant reason while li had problems hitting Joe, just like when he struggled with Norton,Frazier`s defense was very underestimated, was the cross armed defense Ali`s kryptonite?

Sorry, I just realised how hard Frazier was to hit, I went back to watch TFOTC after someone said Lewis would have beat Frazier under a thread asking if Wildder would have beat Frazier, looking at TFOTC again now I`m more convinced Frazier would have beat both these fighters, Lewis never had to face that kind of defense, Tua was poor man`s Frazier.
