No shame in that. It wouldn't be the first time one of us has forgot Fitzsimmons from a lengthy list, he should definitely be included in.

Scholz doesn't have enough on his resume imo.
Downes is there, I forgot them at first.Cerdan was not born inEurope Abraham is Armenian so does not qualify, none of the others merit consideration imo.
Those I named are just for consideration, each must make up his own top ten.

Algeria has never been part of either France or indeed Europe.
Last time I was there it was on the continent of North Africa.
I do hope we aren't going to have another of your nonsensical geographical ramblings!

Any middleweight who was born in Europe. My list was only ever meant as a guide ,I hope its not presumptuously seen as the definitive one to pick from?

Ive absolutely no idea where Gevor was born nor care less.
Come to that not only have I no idea where Chapalier was born,Ive no idea who the **** he is!

NB .Abraham would not make my top ten Euro middles if he had been born in Paris,London,Brussels,Madrid,Amsterdam ,or any other city in Europe! It's Friday night, I'm sure we could all do with a laugh,so post your list!

My list is only for reference any poster is perfectly entitled to make his own ,there is no obligation for anyone to put any of the names I posted in their list.
My only criteria was, as it was the top ten European middles ,that they be born in Europe, which excluded a name who would be a certainty for me otherwise ,namely Marcel Cerdan.
Has anyone ever told you your ,"mind" does not work like other peoples?lol
