This is the most important match-up to date of the current IBF mandatory challenger to Artur Beterbiev - and longtime mainstay in the org's top 15, despite not having a deep résumé or a high international profile - and it took place 15 months ago but still as of today didn't have a single upload anywhere outside China (just on Bilibili, which is a popular site there akin to YouTube, and rivaled domestically only by Youku - but which is typically not compatible with embedding on non-Chinese websites). So your boy IB has gone and remedied that. It was on the undercard of Denis Lebedev vs. Mike Wilson, but very early on the bill - with Kal Yafai vs. Israel González, Michael Hunter vs. Alexander Ustinov, and the main event all following. I think only a small handful of people (@Chuck Norris, @Jake LaMotta, @305th and @Jacob Tanswell) actually saw it, judging by thinness of comments in the RBR thread. So if you missed it, and you want a peek at Cold Blood prior to him getting tossed in with the Beast...here you go. Now, for the first time in the West (aside from the night it aired on Sky), presenting Meng vs. Buglioni: This content is protected
Possible, but Beterbiev doesn't really push things in the first when he fights a guy on his bike. He likes to figure his opponent out first and really heats up from the 2nd round on. A KD in the first? Much more possible. KO4 or thereabout, I guess.
for anyone who missed its premiere last night. I actually could see Meng building an early points lead over Beterbiev...only to get annihilated circa the 6th or 7th.
Idk if I have the authority to make a call like this, but I am perfectly happy with him being nicknamed Fang over Meng. Also, good work.
