Take them to court, file discrimination, ask a lawyer, bankrupt them, win big money, open your own gym with the money from The lawsuit, and bam, you are set for life raising world champion caliber boxers and living the high life. Thank me later.
Suppose alls you can do is speak to them bout your concerns, if that doesn't do any good or u don't want to go to another club if possible
Its the same in most gym's mate, theres the ones with their eyes on titles and money if they've got a prospect but theres also the back street down to earth earn respect by training hard gyms that are about that are run at a loss and have quality coaches..I know exactly what the op means here, snobbery in a lot of gyms, that's why passionate coaches trainers leave their mark like Brendan Ingle, a proper grass roots trainer
Same situation here but I bought my equipment for training and I go there for sparing but...people who spar there do not spar to learn like I want but to kill you and then to brag because knocked you out but when they hit me hardest as possible I then fight back so hard and coach is angry and I said WTF???When your fighter KO someone then It is good but when I fight them back I am not!They only spar to have CTE not to learn something!But I am not a guy who someone can bully no matter how big or strong he is because my pride said you were bullied as kid twice and you can not let them do It again!
In my experience it’s the same in every gym. Your best bet is to approach one of the trainers and ask them if they can give you 30-60 mins 1-2-1 training if you come in earlier and pay a bit extra. Most of these trainers make **** all from boxing training so it’s no surprise that they focus their attention on the better guys.
Don't be bullied in sparring be dirty to teach them for trying to stand over you and let them sulk to the coach what will you lose?

This is what I see at over a month. shadow box stretch heavy bag 2 rounds jumping rope 3 rounds 2 rounds trying to figure out the speed bag 30 pushups 3 sets of ten 30 sit ups 3 sets of ten Now go home and do rode work. Maybe 2 or 3 miles. You can be in super fit shape. That doesn't mean your ready to spar. Who are you? You see what I did?
