    Money probably. It would cost them a fortune to defend themselves in court against a claim for unfair license restriction. As shown with the Tyson Fury/drug test fiasco, they don't have the funds for that.

    Dubois came to Frank with nothing but a few sparing stories. No olympic medal or major reputation. After about 14 fights he’s now about to earn 7 figures in a PPV fight against Joyce. If he wins, he is likely to go on to Challenge for the WBO and mega money.

    Yarde also came to Frank with nothing behind him of note. Frank expertly steered him to Kovalev (taking as little risk as possible as you guys always go on about) and the kid earned life changing money. If he can win a couple of fights, Frank will no doubt get him another shot.

    For some reason, I think both of these kids may disagree with you.

    My guess is Galahad got all the upfront part or was due to be paid in instalments. Didn’t get a few instalments and Warren would point to some thy img he never did in the contract. For instance if he did not attend some kind of media day Warren would use that to withhold a percentage

    Disagree in regards to Yarde. If FW would’ve matched him harder he would have been more prepared (and had a better chance) in the Kovalev fight.

    I don't understand why any fighters sign with him? Hes known for holding back pay and treating his fighters like dirt. It isnt good for competition to have one big promotion company owning the market share but the only competition to Matchroom being FW is no better!
