The question isn't about the kind of shape Spence is in, it's how well will Spence take punches after absorbing so much damage to his head in the car accident.

Some fighters never fully recover from a bad beating. Spence took the equivalent of a half dozen or more bad beatings all in a few seconds.

I disagree. Spence did not suffer his injuries inside the ring. It was an accident that caused his injuries OUTSIDE the ring. There is really no comparison here to the mental and psychological damage Davey Moore suffered v Duran. Spence had his teeth knocked as a result of a bad car accident...not at the hands of an opponent. Had anyone suffered the sort of physical trauma IN the ring, that Spence went through outside, they would be finished. Many fighters have had come backs from bad accidents...Vinnie Paz being one of the more notable ones. Spence will be fine.

 

I would like to see Brook get a rematch, I know it won't happen but it would be a pretty fair fight. Also Spence got Brook post GGG so maybe Kell could get Spence post car accident. Being belted by Golovkin seems comparable to being in a car that flipped multiple times!
