Its pretty clear you,ve got a warren agenda more like. Warrens a disgrace tbh...boxers should be getting paid. The only person that should be defending that is warren himself. No other person without an agenda would defend that.

As for tommy fury...he fought a guy who was 2 wins and 27 losses. Anyone that defends that is a moron.

So we should be thanking Frank for serving up pathetic fights for Yarde for years, and then sending him to the middle of nowhere for his world title fight, before coming back to face a total nobody in his next fight, because Yarde has been paid well?

    Happens with every big name.

They always end up leaving Warren at some point, and earn more elsewhere. Warren is a stepping stone promoter.

Not paying the fighters on time as contracted, is a real dick move that is unforgiveable.

The joke workout/fight was not on TV and neither Warren or Yarde have even mentioned it, so we’ve really not got anything to complain about. If It ends up being Yarde v Salamov/Maslov next in a solid eliminator or better still say Eleider Alvarez which would be a cracking fight, what would be the problem?

If nothing else Warren should be seen as keeping Hearn up to the mark imo.Competition is healthy .

He even has to match the ppv price of £24.95 lol

The thing with Warren he always criticises and then does the same thing.

He criticised Whyte v Parker being on PPV but then puts Dubois v Joyce on PPV.

    In Warren's own words he said "I wouldn't pay 99p to watch it. It's not a pay-per-view fight, it's a good fight but it's not pay-per-view. I wouldn't pay to watch it."

Now how is a domestic HW clash anymore of a PPV than Whyte v Parker?

He also said "How on earth can you expect fans to put up money for that, they're not going to, it's ridiculous," he concluded

When the reality is fans did pay for it so for all the criticism he sees money on the table with PPV fights and wants a piece of the pie.

The whole" we do it for the fans" mantra quickly became a farce.

Breaking news....Promoter talks utter crap and changes his stance when he sniffs a pound note..both Frank, Eddie and Barry before him are all complete BS merchants.

Correct but if you read this forum you would think Eddie Hearn is the devil while everyone else does it all for the love of the game.

What a load of nonsense. All promoters get it. Sure there are fanboys of promoters, something I just can never understand, but they all get stick.

If the cohort of PPV Mugths keep on giving, the multi-millionaire boxers and promoters will keep taking.

The only justification for any PPV is for those people who don't subscribe to the relevant sports channel - if the greedy multi-millionaire fighters won't fight for the reduced income then stick another fight on.

Millions are even paid to puddings and surely it has to end at some stage with the PPV Mugths waking up.

    This.

Taking sides on promoters is for the birds. As fans, we're far better served with competition, that goes for Hearn and Warren and Sky and BT as broadcasters also. If Frank wasn't still in the game then Hearn would have far less incentive to keep his standards up and vice versa.

Plus whatever his faults, we'll miss Frank when he's gone. He's been a big part of British boxing for many years now and he's been a part of some brilliant nights for boxing fans.

There's some truth to this, but really it goes with the territory. Eddie is out in front and he's not shy in making big claims about whatever he's currently peddling. With that amount of front, he can expect a reaction and of course he gets it with both barrels sometimes.

If Frank was in pole position he'd probably be getting more attention, but as he's not I think he gets cut a bit of slack, the old British liking for the underdog thing may come into it a little as well?
