Just red it in my press. He injured his elbow and the fight will be delayed for May.

He looked a bit slower against Witherspoon to me. Weight wise I think 215 is doable for him but I think he was about 211-212 in the WSB and he was very fast of both hand and foot, more agile and light on his feet then. I think what he was coming in at down at CW is his optimum weight and that the additional muscle and strength building work he's been doing to bulk up for HW might have slowed him down a little and that's what's causing these injuries. He's still fast and agile at 215 but not as fast and agile as he used to be. I wanna see the same Usyk who fought in the WSB at HW.

Wassup with that sad piano stuff under Usyk vs Witherspoon? Sometimes these editors don't have a clue as to what music to put under boxing edits.

That's the stuff u put under a video of people suffering from coronavirus or those infomercials with those sad ass looking puppies overly abused... jeeshh...

 I don't think the person who made the video would last very long as a film score composer.

Anyways bad news on the injury. we'll see if he' s prone to them.

He tore his bicep after the Bellew fight. Hence why he was out for 11 months between then and the Witherspoon fight.

Haha abit like Joe Messi in 2003.....

    For those with long memories....

People used to have fantasy matchups with him and Lennox on these message boards where Messi would KO Lewis in 5 rounds or less

This puny Usyk is made of glass. He hasn't got the frame to be competing at heavyweight. Stay out of the weights room it's for behemoths. lol

Starting to think his career is just going to fizzle out.

It was bad mistake to move to HW. He lost so many times and lost a lot of possible money, and for what ? If he was 25-26 years old, yeah go on and switch, but to switch at 32-33 is a bad decision, no matter how you look into it.
Your body is use to certain weight, also certain training and eating, and when you switch to HW, all that is changed, you will need longer time to recovery and all that stuffs.
And if someone is not on steroids i due think Usyk is the one, and thats why he has problems now.
I think he should have stayed in the cruiserweight and finish his career there with legendary status.

I agree with this, but I do think he cemented his greatness at Cruiser already. When its out of you and Holyfield as tbe at the weight, time to move on if you can !

As i said if he was 25-26, even 28 okay, but he decide to move when he was 32 .... Zero sense.
And he want with 2 matches to be prepared for Joshua .... Absolutely zero chance in that. You will need to fight at least 2-3 tune ups fight, so you can fit into the category and learn what your best weight will be in the division, and then you need 1-2 more serious matches, before you challenge the best in the division.
This is at least my opinion. As we know everyone is different. Some needs more time to get use, some may need just 1 match and they are ready and fit.
But the 2 injury since he move, tell you the whole story with Usyk ...

Excellent post. Bottom line is he's too old to retool himself into a HW.
