Beterbiev v Bivol..

If that gets signed I will strongly consider attending it live. One of the best fights that can be made in boxing. This at the top of my list along with Ioka/Tanaka of fights I want to see this year.

It would be better if Beterbiev knock more popular names in next 1, 2 years, and Bivol also declass couple more, than to try who is better.Now it will be like Beterbiev - Gvozdyk, people didn't rate that fight how it should be.

I would love to see Gvozdyk-Bivol fight, that would be more competitive and will make more sense.

 

Distance will determine the winner. AB is too strong up close. Bivol is the better out fighter.

 

Gvozdyk had 3'' reach advantage and was widely considered as one of the best outer fighters at LHW.
However, during Gvozdyk-Beterbiev fight Artur landed two times more jabs than Gvozdyk (48 vs 24).

You could see early doors the strength of Beterbiev was going to be a problem for Gvozdyk

 

But those jabs weren't thrown from the close distance. They were thrown from Gvozdyk's outer distance. My point is Gvozdyk was outboxed from all distances by Beterbiev, btw referee didn't let them fight in clinch, the fight would have been finished much earlier if he let them fight in clinch.

 

Bivol is a great fighter but he's too small for Beterbiev who will grind him down and stop him late after giving up some early rounds.
