Never in a million years would Broner be on Mayweather's level of varied Boxing skill. The key word here being VARIED.

 

More importantly, how do people still believe in 2020 that mayweather is a complete fraud who apparently needs the judges and refs to help him win against any decent opponent? He would have gotten exposed way before his 50-0. How was maidana a "carefully selected" opponent? He was an iron chinned slugger coming off his biggest win. He proved to be a difficult opponent and some even thought Floyd lost or had it a draw yet he immediately rematched him. How is that careful selection?

How was a prime undefeated 10 years younger canelo a careful opponent? Prime zab Judah? #2 ranked Mosley who was also #3 p4p coming off 2 brutal KO wins?

The evidence completely contradicts your narrative that Floyd simply got lucky and finessed his way around the best fighters on the planet. He would have gotten exposed drugs/bribery or not.
