Hard to say but Walcott`s head turned into Marciano`s short right added a lot more force to the blow. The shot Thunder caught this guy wit would have finished Walcott also though.
Rocky cought Walcott with least head resistance possible with the strongest punch, a hook: On the side of chin resulting in rotation. Rocky didn´t need max. force here. Pretty much like Thunder - Grimsley. Second punch was harder, imho a full swing, looks pretty nasty.
Thunder likely landed the harder punch. But, Marciano landed his punch against an opponent that was 10 times better than Crawford Grimsley.
Marciano's shot was better. Here's why, 1st is when Marciano landed his right hand, it was the 13thrd in a hard fought fight ,Walcott was winning. That type of power that late in a fight is rarely seen. 2nd Caliber of competition. Grimsley's only mark in boxing was getting starched in about 2 seconds of the 1strd. Nothing to be proud of . Grimsley's skill level was basically "Club Fighter". Walcott was a World Class Heavyweight champion. A hugh difference.
This gets my vote as the most idiotic thread of 2020. It's early in the year but this is a STRONG contender.
