I suggest you go to a GP that bulk bills and get a mental health care plan that way you might be able to get the help you need and when you make progress you may be able to reconnect with the loved ones who have given up on you. Remember nobody can help you until you decide the help yourself first, you don't want to keep repeating this same vicious cycle.
In all seriousness boys you can get a Mental Health Care Plan if you visit your GP. This gives you access to up to 10 appointments with a mental health professional. For which you will recieve a Medicare rebate for. I believe after 6 you often have to go back to GP for a chat to see how it's going. It's a Federal scheme so it should be nation wide. #endstigma..got look after not just our bodies but our minds aswell.

Well said about a serious situation that's slowly heading in the right direction. The mental health system could be a hell of a lot better but at least there is some help there for those in need. Guys need to know that there is nothing wrong with going to speak to somebody and get help if you need to. It doesn't make you weak or less of a man,real mates and brothers should be there to support and not riducle anybody who may have an issue minor or otherwise. #endstigma

Yep Choc is beyond shot it is very sad to see as he would've beaten the likes of Zerafa, Horn and Tszyu Jnr comfortably when he was in his prime.
