Dillian Whyte has the titties of a 70 year old man. He was a live body against top guys 3-4 years ago. He's irrelevant now and that won't change unless he puts on a good performance against a decent fighter, which he will not

Whyte DID become old overnight ... against Wach. Or else that's just how he looks when he pisses clean.

The only fights Ortiz lost were against Wilder, and he performed great both times.

I can't think of the last time Whyte looked dominant against anyone.

Rivas dropped him. Parker dropped him. Chisora had him hurt badly in their first fight. Joshua stopped him. Hell, he barely got by Wach, who also took the fight on short notice.

Who was the last guy Whyte just plan dominated? Brian Minto five years ago?

Not only do I pick Ortiz over Ruiz, but since both Ortiz and Ruiz are rated in the top five in the WBC ratings, and Whyte has a WBC "interim" belt, the WBC may demand Whyte fight the winner.

"Interim" beltholders are supposed to make mandatories, too. Whyte won it in July.

Whyte may end being mandated to fight the Ortiz-Ruiz winner in July or August.

Don't be surprised if Sulaiman calls for that.

I'd pick Ortiz over Whyte, too.

Stop the madness. Ortiz is not an easy fight. He's a better boxer and puncher than Whyte.

I wonder if old Grandpa Ortiz brings his walking stick with him, when he fights Ruiz? Probably tries poking fatso in the belly, just before he slips twists his ankle, and is gobbled up by gluttonous blob!
Lol it wouldn't surprise me seeing a newly mutated 300lb version of Andy catching up with him later rounds just after king kong suffers his stroke. I hope there are no children in the audience this isn't gonna be pretty to watch!

    Who would you rather fight?

    1. A 50 year old cuban who can only fight 6 rounds, until he gases.
    2. A prime HW who is a threat for the full 12 rounds, and has the heart of a lion.

Ortiz's career best win is against Byrant Jennings. A fighter that Joe Joyce recently beat

Whyte's career best win is against former HW champion Parker. He also has wins over Rivas and Chisora.

Ortiz is massively over rated by the LDBC nut riders.

Whyte has only beat Parker, and I would bet Parker would beat him in a rematch. Chisora had 9 loses. Who hasn't beaten him. Rivas hasn't beaten no top fighters. Ortiz is still a better boxer than Whyte. Ortiz was the boogie man of HW. Nobody wanted to fight him until Wilder stepped up and fought him.

Whyte won, Ortiz lost. Whyte is in the mandatory spot for the WBC belt and would of earned Ruiz a bigger purse than an Ortiz fight. If i was an ambitious fighter looking to get up as high as i can id be taking the Whyte fight.

Ortiz has not beaten any top HW. Jennings was not a top HW even if he was ranked high, that means nothing since Jennings has also not beaten any top HW.

Whytes resume pissses all over Ortiz resume. Doesnt matter if Whyte scraped by or dominated, hes still fighting at a higher level.

Ortiz poor stamina and poor chin make Ruiz fighting him an easier fight. It's the same with Joshua fighting Pulev rather than Usyk. Anyone suggesting otherwise is talking nonsense and they know they are

Ruiz has a great chin and very good power, he can hurt Ortiz.

Wilder is better than Parker and Chisora and AJ was green when he beat Whyte.
