    •Manny Pacquiao
    •Errol Spence Jr
    •Terrence Crawford
    •Danny Garcia

These are the most the obvious candidates, is there another I'm missing? Who is it?

Spence, in terms of pure power, I think. Followed by Crawford.

Ortiz. I don't think Spence is a particularly big puncher. He has solid power and good accuracy which he grinds you down with but in terms of single shot pure power he's not that powerful.

Algieri says Ruslan (who weighed 148 vs Alvarado and about the same vs Bradley IIRC) hit much harder than Spence

Algieri also says 149lb Manny has more single shot power than Spence

Lo Greco said Khan hits harder than 162lb Spence

Mikey said 140 pounder Lipinets hits harder than Spence

Don't forget that Algieri is a career 140 pounder Paulie level featherfist

Peterson is a career 140 pounder featherfist

Mikey is a blown up 135 pounder

That just leaves Brook (damaged goods) and Porter as the only 2 world class fighters his own size he's fought and Porter whilst undoubtedly tough has been dropped numerous times amateur and pro (including being KO'd in the ams) and was dropped by Broner

And Brook has been dropped or badly wobbled numerous times by fighters not known for their power.

Keita Obara, Vergil Ortiz, and Radzhab Butaev are up there if we're talking strictly power.

I'm thinking it's gotta be Pacquiao. It's a guarantee that he hurts/stuns/drops his opponent.

Danny gets a lot of **** around here but he can punch. No historically huge punchers at the weight IMO. Crawford and Spence can get guys out if there but it’s usually not one punch power. Manny was a big puncher in his prime and he can still beat top guys but he’s not the wrecking machine at this weight or at this stage of the game. I still think he could potentially beat any WW or at least make it a tough fight for anyone including Spence or Crawford. Hope Spence comes back at 100%. Thurman can still fight but he looked weaker after the layoff and Crawford can’t seem to get any big fights. Between Thurman’s lay-off and injururs, Spence’s crash, and Crawford’s inability to get big fights, the most stacked division has failed to generate the type of excitement I was once expecting. Hope that changes soon.

I don't like Garcia but for single shot power his left hook is deadly.
