    Bingo, he even had a movie made about him. It's said in Panama that when foreign dignitaries visit the most often request is can they meet Roberto Duran. He's like the unofficial ambassador of Panama. Pound for pound , he's the greatest fighter who's still alive.

    I recently saw an interview with Al Pacino ...he said his performance as Tony Montana was inspired by Roberto Duran ...his ferocity...his machismo . Roberto Duran is the real Tony Montana

    Didn’t they already do a poll on who was the greatest fighter alive not so long ago or maybe it was when Ali died? Could have been Ring Magazine that ran it but Sugar Ray Leonard came top as the number one choice. Duran was second or third.
