Deontay Wilder will never be the real HW champion unless he fights and defeats Anthony Joshua

That fight was in 2010 and Nichols didn't see the second round. You want to compare it to a 2019 title fight in which the champion was dropped four times and stopped?

There's several examples of Stockholm syndrome on the form but yours is the most distressing. How long is it since you escaped from Haymon's basement? I've been thinking about your problem but I confess I can't think of a solution.

Obviously you've been watching boxing long enough to understand what Haymon and deas have done, so that's not the issue.

You may have suffered some kind of injury, perhaps a blow to the head? That could explain the lack of basic comprehension. Yes, that's the best answer. Otherwise, why would someone who values boxing history and heritage in any way support the systematic avoidance of decent opposition, holding that wbc belt hostage, relying on home cooked cards when the cherry picking of an obese former champ went horribly wrong?

Should we call for medical assistance?

See my post above. Only Joshua fanbois or Fury/Wilder haters would argue otherwise. Comparing a competitive draw/decision loss (I had Fury winning 9-3) to a guy getting smashed is silly and discredits the rest of your post. This didn't happen 10 or five years ago; it was 8 months!

The winner is the Ring, lineal, and WBC world HW champion and clear #1 guy in the division.

I honestly don’t understand how a fan of boxing wouldn’t want to see AJ-Wilder/Fury. Even if AJ had lost again I’d still want to see those fights. If those fights never materialise it’s an absolute travesty for boxing and pretty much sums up all that is wrong with it.

Wow, I have just gone back and read each of your posts in this thread.

How exactly does one loss (that was later avenged) cancel out all of the wins that Joshua has put together over the last 5 years?
That one loss was against a fighter that on paper would beat everyone that Wilder has previously fought!

Let's use your reverse logic for a second. How does Wilder all of sudden become the top dog of the division if he beats Fury?

I mean, you can't plead the case and say that Fury has fought no one and then that is the same guy that propels Wilder to the top.
On the other hand, if you're going to say that Fury has a brilliant list of opponents, then Joshua's must be considered excellent.

Remember when people were complaining about Fury's opposition leading up to this rematch? I do.
As you love to label people, the 'Wilder fan boys' were saying Fury was ducking Wilder to fight **** opponents.

Wouldn't that put a mark on Fury then? Lessening that win of Wilders (if he wins)

The agenda coming through in your posts is blatant and not worth arguing. I'm sure you will take this as a moral victory, but I feel sorry for those that can't appreciate boxing for what it is.

Watch the sport with both eyes open, you'll enjoy it much more.

The hell are you talking about? Fury is undefeated and has the single best win of anyone in the division, dethroning an ATG champion and not in an especially close fight. He arguably has the two best wins, depending on how you assess Wilder I.

No one said that Joshua losing "cancels out" his prior success. I've noted here frequently that he has the best collection of wins in the division, and Saturday's winner sets up a potential No. 1 vs No. 2 showdown that *needs* to happen. There's a substantial gap between the Big Three and everyone else, at least based on current records.

But you seem to want to dismiss the effect of Joshua getting dominated and stopped two fights and eight months ago. It doesn't work that way, not when there are two undefeated fighters ahead of him. He will have exactly the same number of losses as Saturday's loser, but his overall body of work will place him ahead of that person. But he won't be No. 1, because that fighter will have amassed a great win and not have a recent, devastating KO defeat. I'm not sure why you find my posts on this thread controversial.

In boxing all the matters is who has the most impressive resume and who has the most belts? Its clearly AJ.

Emphasised even more with Wilder going all Riddick Bowe and ducking and turning down many offers to fight AJ.

Joshua doesn't have the most impressive resume. Wilder and Fury were never dropped four times, spit out their mouthpiece and quit in a fight.

I know some of you guys want to pretend the Ruiz fight eight months ago didn't happen, but it did.

And having the "most" belts is laughable. Andy Ruiz had the MOST belts eight months ago. Shows you how valid that argument is. (LOL) Who cares?

All that matters is the man who is the World Heavyweight Champion. And we'll find out who that is on Saturday.
