Lol...”wait and see if his ear drum is busted”, as his ear is pouring blood? What would you reckon the issue was?

I tip my hat to Fury, he went after it like a fighter.
Either Wilder or his team are bums, maybe both, cause he looked like a novice out there.

What plan B? Wilder was out on his feet and stupid by round 3. They could have had plans A-Z and they would have been useless. You don't think when you're a walking zombie.

Can we get a time point for the punch that busted Wilder's eardrum?

Dude, seriously, I'm not gloating, don't take it as such. I'm definitely not thrilled Fury winds up being 'the one' - I was a Joshua man, if you'll recall (.. ...well, technically a Parker man originally, but that baton sort of got implicitly passed when he lost to Joshua h2h) - but the fact is this is the way the cookie crumbled. I know you wanted Wilder to win, and yes, there are legitimate points to be made about the 3rd-7th only being as grisly as they were because of the state of his eardrum. I'm just taking my hat off to Fury for successfully conning Wilder (with even the 'keeping his shirt on' schtick meant to instill false confidence that he was bringing in obese flabby man-boobs or something) and then using Deontay's known kryptonite - namely, infighting (a mix of both the clean and dirty variety) to pull it off. I can get why you're upset, but it should balm the wound, not aggravate it, to say "hey, a big, skilled super-heavyweight just pulled the wool over your guy's eyes and played high-level mind games to effectively win this before the opening bell. No shame in losing to today's Tyson Fury.. "

And yeah, **** this division, I've been saying that ALL ALONG.

I don't think the eardrum was the reason for the equilibrium problem. In fact, I don't think it was an equilibrium problem. I think it was a fatigue problem.

Yeah I know it was a ****ing busted eardrum. It's this kind of madness that I'm pointing out. AJ has an army of fanboys who made every excuse in the book for him when he lost, yet Wilder doesn't deserve the same consideration right? I mean, at least Wilder has a legitimate excuse, he literally could barely stand up, his balance was off. And he got stopped on his feet. He didn't show the lack of heart that AJ did, basically begging with his eyes for the ref to stop it. But fine. Have a ball.

Will Wilder's confidence ever recover from this?

Will he ever win another world title again?

I bet he is kicking himself over the loss of that $120,000,000 DAZN deal too.

Fury was really loading up on his shots, and Wilder really had no punch resistance. You could tell that those right hands were really hurting Wilder.

I'll be honest too even at the touching of gloves before the first round Wilder did not look ready to go. He looked tired like his energy peaked earlier in the day.

I mean, that’s true. I don’t have sympathy for Wilder as I’ve never viewed him the same since his “body” comments, but he’s still an exciting fighter and I don’t wanna see him vanish anytime soon.
