There is plenty of bad ****, masquerading as top level boxing.

Ok, since you’ve clearly gone to internet medical school, where was that blood leaking from the inside of the ear coming from?

When I first saw the blood inside the ear when he was in his corner, my first thought was that the bleeding was coming from the inside and that he probably busted his ear drum

The reality is, it is top level boxing, literally the top two ranked guys in the top division fighting each other.

If you prefer watching smaller weight classes or older fights feel free. I've been there and done that.

But nothing hypes me as much as a Heavyweight Championship fight.

As I said I don't buy into the unskilled narrative.

STOP now you are making yourself look like MVC or Chad. Wilder got away with a Draw in the first fight against the out of shape ring rusty Fury. If the fight had continued he would of been KO'd. The injury was caused in the RING which is the whole point of fighting. He also LOST every round and would of lost every round something that AJ did not do against Ruiz in either fight.
The only way Wilder comes back from this is fight Wallin and/or Ruiz and they are both dangerous fights for Wilder as he has no Boxing skills whatsoever. I hate Fury and all the BS behind his return but my money was on him as he does not have the flaws Wilder has.. Have a good nights sleep :)

I wonder if Wilder will mentally recover from this. He's always been a thin skinned braggart so let's see how he reacts to this. I have a feeling we're about to see a Naz like disappearance from boxing.

No idea what you are talking about. The ear does not have fluid in it. If ruptured it will bleed red. We are making guess base the video fact that it was coming out of ear hole and not lobe.

You need to have a word with Kenny Bayless and Team Wilder then since, it seems, they let the fight continue for far, far too long.

Wilder was right about one thing. He will live on in general baàaxing trivia forever.

Yeah, that's why I don't like relying on fighters who only have power in their arsenal. Everyone keeps saying "Oh but it always comes no matter what", well tonight it didn't - and that's what happens. Wilder should have spent more time developing his skills.

No. The guy who hit me was a huge musclebound weightlifter. Total cheap shot. Didn't even see it coming. I was lucky to have stayed on my feet. This was a long time ago when I was 17. He clocked me and then grabbed me so I couldn't get any shots off. But the point is I didn't ever feel off balance. I don't think a ruptured eardrum would do that. Receiving constant blows to the head and being very fatigued I think would, though. Wilder has always had thin legs and tonight he paid the price.

rewatching fight now - bayless should have stopped it round 5 when wilder went down again, he couldn't even hold himself up and bounced off the ropes

I guess it is not my place to demand that other fans want to watch skilled boxers only. But, after following this sport extensively for over 40 years, anything less leaves me gravely disappointed
