Why is it that you claim he turned down ortiz and not Ortiz turning down whyte?

Interested in your thoughts here, I'm a Whyte fan as you know, and thought his reaction in this video was very out of character and quite interesting.

At around 3.50 - 3.57 when Fury wins the fight, Whyte goes very quiet and looks pretty pensive. It's fairly out of character because we know he's quite a loud and energetic character. My initial reaction was that he is processing the info. Fury looked really good and now Whyte knows he's got a whole new challenge if he gets his deserved shot at the title.

    What do you think?

One of the reasons Whyte gets sympathy was the curious way the WBC was handling Wilder's mandatories. Ortiz for example, KO'ed by Wilder, doing very little after that. Then Wilder starts saying that if Whyte wanted to face him he'd need to fight Ortiz and then, as if by magic, Ortiz is suddenly made an additional requirement for a Wilder mandatory.

Breazeale on the other hand had been catapulted in on the basis of a bout with Molina, another Haymon stooge. It was almost as if Wilder was a protected species and the WBC mandatory position was being dictated by Al Haymon.

Of course you may disagree, but I'd invite you to look at the guys Wilder faced as title defences. Are you happy with how the process was handled? Do you think the belt has more or less prestige after 5 years of Wilder's reign?

I dont think that is the case at all

you have put yourself in Whytes shoes and experience his frustration over the past three years in how much time money blood and sweat he has invested campaigning for the WBC title and following all the rules jumping through all the hoops planning and plotting and playing fair. Only to see another man Fury To swoop in and swerve all that hard work and take what should have belonged to Whyte

it should have been Whyte winning, thats what he feels... why do have ranking and a roster and sanctioned fights and mandatories.. interim champs if you cant even use any of that to increase your chances of getting the top prize that is promised to those who out in the effort

    its truly is not fair

Whyte put all his chips into the WBC effort and he took his licks and payed his dues and waited patiently...

Whyte backs himself to beat anyone.. fury or wilder.. he clearly sees fury as more challenge because he never respected wilders abilities.. id say Whyte is more keen to fight fury than AJ as he knows AJ would be a 50 50 in his mind from what ive read from all his thoughts over the years

So yeah Whyte is bummed because fury took his meal ticket using the tactic Whyte himself was going to use on Wilder and it sucks.. he also wanted to hand AJ his first pro loss before Ruiz but either way the WBC belt was the one he always wanted in order to return to AJ with bargaining power for the final showdown its a black pride thing

    No mate.

You can't have read the Matchroom FC narrative, Whyte is the most feared and ducked heavyweight in history.

I found the video pretty cringe to be honest.

    Ruiz ducked him

    Ortiz ducked him

    Wilder ducked him

    AJ lowballed him

Pretty obvious for someone with a brain... but you ain't got one of those.

Last time I checked a sumo wrestler beat up AJ the chiselled bodybuilder OLYMPIC gold medallist.
