Any version of Mike Tyson before the Holyfield fights beat any version of Fury. M Tyson prior to B.Douglas destroys Fury.

We heard now for years and especially since the last weekend that Wilder is a bum cannot fight cannot box is a paper champ a total fraud a bum.......so naturally that win does not count, after all he needed two tries to get it done...I like this game.

So that leaves us with beating a shot old WK and two tries against local club fighter Chisora.......the stuff of legends

There is no way in hell Fury would get away with his sloppiness against 80's Tyson, up close or inside, full stop, he would get hit hard, often and fast, the speed and combos alone would make him major concerned so his best bet is flickering the jab from the outside, the problem is that Fury does not have enough pop to keep Tyson honest so similar to Bone crusher or Tucker he will keep coming in behind the jab and firing away..............if Furys fights mid range or up close standing right in front of Mike like last weekend he gets starched, guranteed , his best bet is to try to spoil on the outside where he will be out hustled by Tyson.

Riddick Bowe , same thing, would put a pasting on Fury whose fans are riding high by beating a bum who was no good, afterall that is what you and your buddies were spouting for years...the chickens have come home to roost, you labeled Wilder a bum so Fury gets zero credit to win against a bum.

Dude, Mike was on the down slope vs Bruno in 89. Just a year later he was knocked out and the signs were there vs Bruno, the poor focus, poor timing of punches. All very unlike Mike of 86-88. Fury can keep it long like Douglas did and repeat the trick.

Not sure about Bowe. Pretty thin cv other than Evan. Never saw him vs a guy like Fury.

God, this is an hard fight to figure. Tyson, Mike that is always had bother with someone who could move, jabbed etc, Tillis, Tucker, even Thomas for a bit, so he's going to really struggle against this giant.
Fury, knocked down by Cunningham, down by Wilder, no shame there of course.
    Best v Best?
MT starts out great, making Fury hold and having him bruised up early. That's the first 4/5 rounds.
Something happens after that. Fury start s connecting and Mike start s to look less deadly. Fury steps it up and getting aggressive, Tyson starts throwing big shots, seemingly hoping to put him out with one punch. Not going to happen.
MT s face starts to swell up and the legs are shaky now. Fury stops him before the fight enters double digits.

Fury would have done far better v Mike than Bruno did he`s harder to hit rides punches well and is taller, his jab would be stiffer than Frank`s was v Mike and he`s got a belief in himself that Bruno never had, his movement is far better also and he`s a better combo puncher.

Fury is far more skilled than Bonecrusher Smith was and is taller, he would do far better than Smith did.

Haha i enjoy seeing these Mike Tyson fanboys mad like hell. Guys i think that this one is the moment to deal with the facts and not living in the fantasy land.
    1. Mike Tyson never ever fought a guy EVEN CLOSE to Fury in size and much less with this combination of size, speed, reach, weight, footwork, chin, ability, tough mind and heart.
    2. Tyson looked a total midget next to The 6'7 245 pounder vitali klitschko, Fury is bigger than Vitali 6'9 270 pounds.
    3. The HUGE difference of size would negate a lot of the hitting power of Tyson specially to the head.
4.Fury is MUCH better than buster douglas.
    5. Much smaller and worse Guys like smith, tucker ,green or tillis lasted the distance with Tyson, insinuating that Fury could not improve it is just laughable.

I completely agree but if Smith nailed Wilder flush he would have hurt him as much as Fury did or even more, Smith had serious power.
