Agreed. Neither really landed in this round, but Fury was the aggressor and generally more effective overall.
Don't come at me with that ****. I know how to score and know why I scored them how I did. And I've seen that video, it's ****.
The 2nd round was really the only competitive round. It was a very close round, neither were really on top of the other, whenever one would land a good shot the other would respond with a good shot of their own, their was very little to separate them. So it could of gone either way in my opinion. But I think the hardest shot landed in that round was the Fury right hook at the end of the round, as Wilder wasn't in a good position having missed a big right hand and been spun out of position, that for me edged the round in Fury's favour ever so slightly along with the fact Fury's ring generalship was better as he was backing Wilder up, making him fight on the edges of the ring and dictating the pace. In close rounds where both land a similar amount of punches, it's ring generalship that decides the difference to me.
He landed a few right hands, but the thing is Fury wither rolled with the shot or was backing up and took all the sting out of the right hands. In fact I think Wilder really only landed one good right hand in the round, while Fury landed the best shot of the round is the closing seconds with a ring hook counter. So I wouldn't say he barely touched him, he touched him quite a bit, but the thing was there was nothing on the shots, apart from one as Fury's defence was just too good.
oh come on. He did not win the first two. have you had a beer tonight an feeling like playing devils advocate or something?? Lol
No, I did have a beer that night though. No but really, I gave Wilder the first 2 based on his sharp jab, to the head and body, which was really the only thing that was landing decently imo. He also made Fury deviate from his game plan in parts, as Fury was turning off at angles to get away from any rights. Fury obviously boxed better, but I didn't think he landed better. Both were close as can be and I labeled them swing rounds.
