Wilder had a plan until he got punched in the ear.

Hell yeah. Call this china chin early, and took a lot of heat for it. But if you are hitting the canvas against guys like Dustin Nichols and Harold Sconiers and then you don't face any live bodies for most of the rest of your career, something's up. We knew all along what that was, now everybody knows!

takam and Klitschko were also fantastic wins. Joshuas resume is stacked.

Last minute replacement 36 year old journeyman takam and an inactive 40 year old coming off a loss are "fantastic wins"?

Then i guess your standards for this era are lower than inner city potholes.

In what other eras are 36 year old journeymen and inactive 40 year olds considered fantastic wins?

Takam was a top 10 heavyweight at the time. Klitschko was only one fight removed from being unified heavyweight champion and one of the longest title runs in heavyweight history

Going by your own criteria then you must absolutely DESPISE Wilder's resume as that 36 y/o journeyman and inactive 40 y/o would be his best wins.

    I agree with you.

Hardly worth bragging about? It's one of the best resumes in boxing today which consists of FOUR of the ring magazine top 10 and the best HW of the era.

Compare that to Szpilka, Duhurpas, Areola, Molina and Washington....LMAO

Don't try and fool yourself that Wilder wanted to fight Joshua, nobody believes that. You have to take into account track records. Joshua has a proven track record of fighting the best, unifying the titles and not taking easy fights.

Wilder on the other hand made FIVE voluntary defences and not a single one of them was in the recognised top 10. He has a large sample size of avoiding the top comp. He's not even in control of his own career for god sake, he's a puppet for Haymon.

Sure as hell glad you are not on a jury, the criminal would get off every time!

Absolutely pathetic post, almost as bad as Wilder's level of opponents.

Spot on. By far the best resume in the heavyweight division. He’s consistently beat top 10 opposition , at least those who were willing to fight him

Wilder never lost to an obese opponent, that's all you need to know. Joshua also went life and death with an ancient Wladimir in his own backyard. Parker is the only opponent worth bragging about. Wilder fought Ortiz twice and Fury twice. Last I remember the majority were picking Ortiz to win the first fight and a lot gave Ortiz an edge before the rematch. The only fight people thought was 50/50 for Joshua was the rematch against obese Ruiz.
