Pulev is saying he refuses to fight AJ in The UK...spinner in the works...door starting to open for Fury vs AJ?

Wilder should step aside and fight the winner of AJ Fury...makes the most sense for everyone.

I think they need to do this ASAP before AJ gets upset again....who would care about Usyk vs anyone to be honest? There is just no drama in an Usyk fight as far as I can see (good fighter but would almost be like a mini Klitschko...no choice but to run and hit).

The fighters are going to have to take a big hit on their guarantees.

Seriously how the fcuk did they manage to lose money with that fight?

Professionals are supposed to cost these things? Did everyone just listen to Bob Arum claiming 2 mil buys and they believed him.

ESPN and Fox must be fuming.

Now if you are Tyson Fury say being offered $15 mil guarantee for Wilder 3 knowing a fight Vs AJ pays $50 mil I can see why he wouldn't agree to that third fight.

Fury can't refuse for the third wilder fight or he'll likely be stripped of the wbc back to wilder if that's in the contract.

Yes but surely he has a say if his purse doesn't meet certain requirements?

We would have a undisputed champion now if that bodybuilder Joshua didn't have his grubby hands on those shiny golden belts! He snatched those belts off the blob Ruiz like he was stealing candy from a baby! I just can't bear to see Deontay empty handed, without that precious Wbc belt!

Fury will get 60/40 in his favor in the third fight since he won.

Fury doesn't care about belts now he's won them all and remains the lineal champion.

I can see him giving it up to fight Joshua, make a ton of money and secure his legacy with a win. That legacy would be undefeated lineal champion who won every belt and was demonstrably the best of his era. Seriously why would he want to fight Wilder again?

Yeah, this is what I think will happen. Wilder will get a big payoff not to take the rematch now, and Fury will fight Joshua. Wilder will face someone else, maybe Charles Martin, get the KO to get the casuals to think he's " back" and then get knocked out by whoever wins the Fury/Joshua fight.

Right now all Wilder has is the re-match clause. He will hang on to it in order to get the biggest stand aside figure ever. Even if he invoked it, the fight wouldn't happen. The promoters, the TV companies and the paying public don't want it.
