I mean he beat two top guys in Stiverne (3) and Ortiz. That's really pretty good in the great scheme of things. It's better than say, James DeGale, to toss out a weird example. And i'm sure you wouldn't say DeGale was mostly fraud.

Correct. Ortiz was 38-41 when Wilder barley defeated him in the first fight. That's his best win, and remind me again who Ortiz beat?

Fury fought a German Bus Driver and a Swedish Pastry Chef for big $$$ ESPN Bob Arum Set-Up fights but the Swedish Pastry Chef actually threw punches back and busted up Fury which would have been stopped on cuts if everyone involved weren't controlled by Bob Arum!! it should have been a TKO6 for Otto "the unknown chef" Wallin...

Dissect Fury's record and you find lots of bums, Bosnian Cab Drivers and assorted guys they found at a local homeless shelter!!

273 lbs is not just a number and we call it a day from there. There is a difference between a fit intended 273 lbs weight and a 273 lbs overweight. Think it was also obvious that Ruiz was more serious physically in the first fight. My point is, it's embarrassing to lose to a guy who can't be consistent for more than 1 fight at a time. Ruiz isn't a special fighter by any means either.

Wilder fought an A class ATG quality fighter like Fury twice. Joshua fought Ruiz twice. You need to wake up and smell the coffee. Beating ancient Klitschko and ancient Povetkin proves nothing.

And you'll also see two dethronings of long standing World Champions in their own back yards. People will remember and respect that in 10, 20, 30 years time.

I'm not sure sparking a wide open Breazeale or losing every round to a geriatric Cuban before knocking him out, will stand the test of time so well.

His whole career is full of lies, gifts and contradictions! When the moment came against a real boxer he was found out.

Yup. Wilder has been revealed for exactly what he always was - a manufactured fraud whose management dug up the worst possible stiffs they could find for YEARS, and then matched him against carefully selected opponents after this.

Excellent post. I have been saying for a while that Haymon's relationship with the WBC is massively unhealthy. Everything you say about Wilder's career is spot on.

It says Obsessed with Boxing on you avatar. If you were really interested in the sport you could take an objective view. You're trying to defend the indefensible.

I would have made it a little briefer but, pretty much spot on and I've thought the same for a long, long time. What was it? 10 defences without any effort to unify. Fury has done us all a huge favour and now finally, we might just get the unification fight we've all been crying out for.

You know damn well that Wilder 'cherry picked' Fury the first time round after he dragged his 28 stone ass off the couch from a 3 year coke, booze and burger binge fest. In their first fight, Fury spent 6 months shifting weight and still boxed rings around Wilder.

A fully fit Fury did a number on your boi. Whyte has being calling out and generally taking the **** out of Wilder minus a belt and Wilder has been silent. That's another Brit fighter who will go through Wilder like a dose of salts should your boi ever be up to the challenge.

I'd rather not follow trends started by haters on this forum. People have been hating on Wilder and picking him to lose fights for a long time. If he comes out victorious, he never gets credit either. His two fights against Fury prove that he's not a joker by any means. Joshua's two fights against Ruiz on the other hand say the opposite. By the way, I'm not a big fan of Wilder and was rooting my lungs out for Fury in both fights.
