Maybe when his boxing career is done (shouldn't be long now) he could join the WWE and be a fake fighter like Ronda Rousey
I mean if he is actually determined to have the immediate rematch all of these poor excuses and sour grapes give Fury so much ammunition for the pre fight pressers and interviews with the statements still being fresh in ppls memory. There are just so many hilarious angles you could take to ridicule Wilder's post fight delusions and Wilder beyond his "I'm a king" drivel doesn't really appear to be very self assured and confident in those exchanges
He must now have that “famous” costume in a glass case, lighted and with a red rope around it He talks to it when he runs out of cornermen willing to listen to his “I am king” ramblings
Guy spent $60,000 (a decent average annual salary) on a childish costume, then blamed said costume for his beating He is proof that many professional athletes today are highly paid clowns at the circus.
Think it's about time his trainer had this conversation with him. The guy needs a reality check. This content is protected
Does Ronda Rousey have charisma? He's going to be broke when he retires. Some athletes you can just see it coming
And that's why you will see him fight long after his prime. Just like Tyson, Holyfield, ect. Hundreds of Millions down the toilet. I don't get it. As long as you don't buy into to consumer mindset, a couple million invested wisely can set you up for life..... comfortably.
Wilder didn't look any worse than Klitschko against Fury. At least Wilder is willing to get back in there with Fury. I don't like all the excuses, but I've learned that some fighters need excuses to keep believing in themselves and not fall apart. It's not that big of a deal. The only way he can erase the last fight is by looking better in a third fight, and he seems willing to try and do it that way. He knows what to expect if he looks just as bad in another losing effort. He's not making excuses and avoiding the fight. He might take some offer to allow Fury to fight Joshua, but that's not the same thing. I would rather that happen so we can see Fury vs. Joshua first.
I don't mind Wilder defending himself in public but in private he has to be honest with himself especially with respect to his shortcomings, he should have held himself to a higher standard a long time ago
