Joseph has consistently performed at and elite level for over a decade going back to his Bantamweight days in the WEC. Cruz, Johnson and Cejudo have all been pushed to their absolute limits by this phenomenally talented and consistent fighter. 24 hours from now the drought ends and Benavidez will have gold on his waist.

Yeah be good to see deserving fighter like Benavidez finally win the belt and probably finish as it's last champ.
Am sick of fighters like Figuerdero cutting ridiculous weight fighting divisions they have no business and would hate seeing a little guys like JoeyB who the division was created for lose another title fight to a guy not even close to making weight who probably sealed the divisions fate the way things are looking

This is a good scrap, but it sucks Figuerdero looking like he is huge and probably didn't even try making weight.

That's **** he is clearly a weight above, they should suspend these guys that come into title fights way above.

Yeah man. It's clear that the missed weight made a difference he was so strong. But that headclash and cut ****ed him over.

The unprofessional **** screaming like he is a champion. 2.5 pounds over, he should not have been allowed in the cage.

Not to mention he pretty much won the fight due to a headclash. Dudes a classless scumbag.

But the UFC does the opposite and rewards a fighter like Romero who has TWICE missed weight in a middleweight title fight and YES they are giving him ANOTHER title shot at 185. It's not a real sport, just a circus show.

The last time Romero won a fight at middleweight and did not miss weight was nearly 3.5 years ago. It's absolutely hilarious and unfair.
