Yafai is done. Got beaten soundly vs Isreal Gonzalez 2 fights ago and was absolutely decimated by an older, slower, albeit game and relentless, Chocolatito tonight. So happy for Roman. Just cool as ****!!

While we're discussing 115, I just hope Nietes just retires. He made a very bad business move vacating the WBO belt to merely wait for the big fights to come to him, which has not happened. He doesn't beat any of the current champs. A side of me wants him to at least get a big money fight for his family but I also don't want him to go out with a loss on his biggest fight.

Nah, I was this close to picking Gonzalez by stoppage, I'd initially gone with that anyway. But I started second guessing myself and thinking Yafai would be too big for him and he'd been off way too long and he didn't look great in his last two winning efforts. Yafai is just ****. I'd have picked Sor Rungvisai, Ioka and Estrada to throttle him in a heartbeat.

That was one of the best one-two's I've ever seen.

    Beautiful.

Imagine going into a fight with Chocolatito and thinking, "Hmmm...you know what I'm going to do? Stand toe-to-toe with the guy famous for out-throwing Manny freaking Pacquiao from every which angle and trade punches." Just IMAGINE.

He was thinking the Choc would make a good scalp for his man.

All of you fellas talking about Estrada, Nietes, Ioka and Ancajas, but Andrew Moloney is currently Roman's mandatory and stylistically this could be hard for Roman.

Lol tbh. Roman and his entourage hanging out in the ring is probably more exciting than than this next fight.

There are no worthless bums in championship boxing.

    Apart from Charles Martin.

Reason I ask, we know Hearn, he loves a rematch clause, he actually insists on them with voluntary defences.

But would Hearn want to see that again? Would Hearn pay Roman to come to the UK to do another job on Yafai?

Because I can't see a rematch reversing that result.
