    Romanov stopped him in amateurs

Harold Sconiers, a featherfist journeyman who's prime was 10 years before, dropped him, hard.

Cab driver, gate keeper Eric Molina with a 58% KO rate had him on Bambi legs.

Luis Ortiz, who failed to stop several poor opponents, has never proven his power, and has looked like **** since coming off the roids, had him drooling and needing extra time.

Breazeale rocked him in the very first minute.

Now dismantled, destroyed and dropped twice by featherfist Fury.

Wilder's chin is the finest China.

Maybe I'm missing something I thought the KDs were from a shot the top of his head and one to the body. Doesn't change that he got whooped, but it questions why state his chin failed him as opposed to his lack of fundamental skills?

Fs, the guys an idiot and a fool but cut him some slack

Ppl say Fury has featherfists, ppl who fail to acknowledge that knocking ppl out is not his game, outclassing them and outboxing them is. he showed vs Chisora and now vs Wilder, once he has a look at an opponent once and has nothing to fear, he happy to step it up offensively and finish them, both within 10rounds.

When Fury wants to finish an opponent, he has the power to do so, no doubt about it

It was the side of the head, it was clearly see on one of the replays. The body shot was with the lead hand and doesn`t have much snap in that punch. That can tells you the punch resistance Wilder has when fighting on top level - none.
The knockdown in the third round again was not by a heavy shot, so thats clearly tells you how much its really need to drop that id**** on the canvas.
As i stated many many times, Povetkin in his prime would have taken his head off, Klitschko would have separate his head from his body, and Joshua would be send to prison for a brutal murdering him.

That's what I thought. Not a shot that proved he is chin-less. Not saying he has a stong chin. But I am saying he didn't go down from a chin shot. My example would be Pac stopping Hatton. Now that was a (chin-check) shot!

Lead hand non-lead- dropping from a body shot can also mean a person is sapped in strength period. Weak legs also can allow a person to drop, more so than someone saying the bodyshot...proved his chin was full of china.

I can neither prove nor disprove. Only that Povektin turned pro 2005...3 years B4 Wilder, same year as Stiverne. He allowed his team to steer his title defenses to Huck, Rahman & wawzryk? Not Wilder's fault the test went bad with Povetkin...so I acknowledge he tried to gain the WBC. Would he have beaten Wilder? Fury beat him to it.

I'm content with enjoying the ride with Wilder as I did with fighters I enjoyed watching recently like Brandon Rios, James Kirkland and my boy, Orlando Salido!!! Fighters I knew were exciting as hell, but limited. Timothy Bradley the strongest looking fighter that cant throw power for jack...yet I sided with him pretty much every fight. Knowing Pac was gonna win...I'ma ride n die bruh! But I digress.

So if/when Wilder fights again, and I side for him, don't burn me to bad! Just take it as Tramell is a ride-n-die fan. I don't drop a fighter cause they lost. Thats what a punk-ass fan does. If I start with you be it basketball, football, boxing...unless they ****, or turn pedo or som'n foul like that...I'm with them till they retire!

Those "Glass Jaw" threads are excellent, self-diagnosis for Sadistic personality disorder

They hate facts-numbers, because they are always in the bottom of any list....This is of course, because they wasted all their energy (including potential useful energy) in hateful self-consuming Sadism

I've been hear, talking about my existence for years. Yet all the fanboys attacked me, talked crap and denied the reality that was obvious. Who knows how many times Wilder was starched in the gym? His management knew his whiskers were fragile, which is why he never fought any real decent fighters until Fury - who predictably revealed what we all knew for many years!

The signs were there from the beginning. I originally posted this thread in 2011, when nobody was really focusing on this guy. But it was clear even then that his management had NO interest in having him face anyone decent, particularly after he'd been floored against utter tomato cans Dustin Nichols and Harold Sconiers.

His handlers KNEW he had a fragile mandible, and therefore matched him VERY carefully!

Every now and again, people seem to need a reminder that Wilder's chin is ****.

This. Wilder’s chin is fine, but even a durable fighter will still get stopped if they keep getting hit clean over and over again.

Agreed. That’s why he avoided punchers his full career. The man was on Bambi legs from just one left hook from Eric Molina. He wanted no part of Wlad or Joshua who could easily turn his lights out with one shot. He didn’t back himself to beat either of them. He literally hopped on a flight back to Alabama as soon as he heard the Povetkin news, didn’t even wait to hear the WBC’s ruling. His chin isn’t pure glass but it’s definitely weak.

I wouldn't say Wilder has a glass jaw, but I would say it's below average. Maybe cheap plastic?
