It was boring as hell. I fell asleep around round 4 and woke up round 11.

Make you wonder how good De La Hoya was? A
past his prime DLH pushed a prime Mayweather.
Makes you think a prime DLH could beat Canelo Tito style.

    Great point.
No one seems to remember the 152 weight limit.

If it wasn't at a catchweight, then maybe. Dreaming up weight divisions always leaves a huge asterix next to any fight.

"Canelo and FlIVd are very overrated PED users".

    Very good win.

Think about this. People complain about Golovkins age when he fought Canelo.... Mayweather was even older than Golovkin when he fought Canelo, while being the naturally smaller fighter.

But... I simply dont rate that Canelo high enough for me to classify it as a great win.

If you think about it, he really was barely above an old past prime Cottos level... in fact you could probably put them on the same tier at that time.

So again for me its a very good win. Not great though imo.

Mayweather put an absolute boxing clinic on Canelo and boxed beautifully!
I was a fan of Canelo at that point and really thought he would beat Mayweather or at least make it competitive.
Mayweather proved me wrong and did a phenomenal job.
Anyone who believes otherwise is just lying to themselves.

Always give credit where credit is due.

An old Rigo moved up 2weight classes to fight loma and even loma doesnt think much of the win. What does that tell you?
