Apparently Adam Smith is no longer head of sky boxing. Have DAZN pinched him? Eddie's next interview will be interesting. This is the conumdrum we all expected.

Sky won’t be able to offer Canelo vs Saunders on PPV which would be quite a blow for them.

Wouldn’t be 2 on the same night with Whyte - Povetkin, I don’t think sky are overly bothered.

Issue I see with a boxing service only is all these shows are American. Are there enough people wanting to pay another subscription for shows in the early hours on Sunday mornings?

Matchroom and Anthony Joshua (separate entity) contracts expire with Sky next year. DAZN getting their foot in the door ready.

When is Frank’s deal up with BT? Could some of his stable make the switch?

203 countries if you include Vatican City. Where the grass is green and the nuns are pretty.

This is a good question. Wasn't Frank announcing a new contract? I cant remember that it ever was.

is there a conflict of interest for the premier league working with Sky and BT?

Matchroom and Hearn are a content provider. The deal will be set up that Matchroom UK have a Sky contract Matchroom US and international have a DAZN contract. Hearn can sell content to whomever he wants. Based on the size of his stable I am pretty sure both Sky and DAZN will want to work with him to sort some kind of middle ground. No other promoter in the UK can privde the roster he has. Granted MTK have a great stable but they need to keep him onside as they cannot operate in the US market due to the Ali act. Therefore I think its likely that Hearn keeps both contracts while bringing in MTK to prop up the UK cards.
