What's up with Fury's glove?

It’s a Fight, they’re just thinking about landing a clean right. Not over thinking about specific parts of the glove

 

They keep going on about it happening with the left hand both times. As someone on YouTube said, it's obvious it's because it's his jab hand. So when he's flicking the jab the glove comes loose.

 

Fury is well known for flicking the jab.

Yeah, I was agreeing with that. It's more likely that the glove just came loose because of the flicking. Not because he was cheating.

Okay, let's talk about the logistics here... So are they saying that Fury's fist is where the tape is? Sounds like a recipe for completely sapping power.

 

One of the first things I remember being taught when I was a kid was keep your hands loose right till the moment of impact to preserve your energy. The thing I’ve noticed with Fury is he sometimes will almost slap an opponent.... and knowing his personality I’m not surprised in the least. As far as Wilder is concerned he got hit while turning his head it wasn’t Fury’s fault he turned his head and as the rule states you must protect yourself at all times.

I like Deontay I just wish someone would help him prepare better before he goes out and talks to media, it’s cringeworthy sometimes with all of the prophetic whispering and now these crazy excuses. The people around him need to step up more and help the guy out more. Unless he’s talking crazy like this to sell the fight but I highly doubt it.

 

Where the tape or the laces are. You can see the fingers or knuckles through the hole. I thought the same as you first, because it'd be like a slapping punch, so it loses power. But it kind of looks like his fist could be positioned so that the front of it, the knuckles, are right where laces are, so it's not a slapping punch.

Here u if u want clear video evidence of Fury not having his fist completely in the gloves. This guy name Young Pharaoh explains how Fury cheated. This video actually shocked me! The fight video comparison starts at 2:28. His left fist is not completely in the glove! Fury ass did cheat smh!

I have to say at first I found the response from Wilder and his fanbase amusing, but as time has gone on it's become a little sad. This is a guy who was well beaten, twice, but neither he nor his most fervent fans are able to comprehend that fact. In looking ever more desperately for reasons why, they're losing all credibility.

No offence, but have you considered finding a better source? The guy is a racist idiot. Here he is using the same reasoning capacity that he displayed in the Fury video to argue that Chinese people are genetically engineered from monkeys.

Cranks like that are best ignored and marginalised as divisive, twisted crackpots, unless you're into that whole racism thing. If you think this is something that people who know boxing will support either find one or make your own video.

Note by the way that this concern for legal punches doesn't seem to have manifested itself in any of the fights where Wilder's been punching people on the back of the head. I'm sure the videos on that are on the way no?

 

You can make a case if he was punching like that all night. But obviously there is just 1 or 2 punches, that landed that way.
And have you even punch in your life ??? There is zero advantage punching that way. The only thing you will do is to lower the snap of your shot by a lot.

 

So in theory are these videos stating that wilder was continously hurt by the glove. Not furys hand in the glove then.

Which makes wilder looks weaker and sillier than before. Not much of a defense really.
