    The weight limit keeps it at the weight class a hydration clause is how far you can can bend the rules and come in over the weight limit on fight night

    As I said I know it keeps people from coming in at heavyweight for a cruise weight fight

    If you limit the weight you can come over it stops you from coming in at a heavier weight

    You are digging your self out of a hole here, that’s why weight class exist, they are defined. As long as you make weight on the final weight on you can weigh what you like on fight night.
    It’s a restriction used to limit someone from having to much weight advantage on fight night, it’s not dangerous to have a hydration clause it should be mandatory and then fighters would come in closer to the weight class they compete in

    Its obvious why remember against GGG ??? If they'd painted him green he'd have been a mini incredible hulk Juiced to the gills No other fighter but the Vegas cash cow would have got away with it

    Iam not against that iam all for that that’s what I’ve been saying, I’ve been arguing that it’s safer to have a hydration clause than to not have one
