Of those 3 weeks, 1 is fight week where fighters are doing interviews and other promotional arrangements. There may be light mitt work or running involved. The other 2 weeks are winding down sessions, but could still involve heavy training. PED experts have said that juicing benefits are non-existent during training camp. So if you think that Pac would have started roiding hard 3 weeks from fight night, then you are dumber than I thought.
