For me personally based on resume at the weight
1. Calzaghe
2. Eubank
3. Ottke

After that I think it can be a bit debatable but Collins could well be at 4 with his 2 wins over Eubank and 2 wins over Benn as well as the Sellier win.
I think it could be argued that Collins has possibly the best singular win of the division history when he beat undefeated Eubank, but not overall resume

 

I like Kesslers resume at the weight better than Ottkes...

 

Sven has no resume unless you trick your mind into seeing things that aren't there

 

kessler only lost to the best , Ward & calzaghe, oh and Froch when he was neigh on finished , he beat Froch in his pomp .

 

WBO allowed some unification so long as they got a big title fee in the process. But typically, the WBO champ had little opp to unify unless they dropped the belt.

Ottke beat 95% of the best fighters from his division/era and often did so twice.

 

Name the best fighters he beat , then compare them to the best fighters Calzaghe beat and you will see it's as clear as day who the better man was , that's providing you're impartial to begin with .

 

Calzaghe beat both Hopkins and Roy Jones could be enough to say that he's better than Ottke IMO.

 

Prime Michalczewski vs Prime Calzaghe could be an interesting match up. @ Josey Wales
