Lots of technical skill exhibited, here. Deathmask working a nice jab behind a high-guard. Still having to overextend on his jab, not having found his range yet. Veeraphol also trying to set up his right, Konadu coming in with a combination. Sahaprom bobbing and weaving, then comes up with a gorgeous left hook. Bang, Nana down. He's up and seemingly more annoyed than hurt. Nana coming back, looking to make a point but ultimately falling onto Sahaprom's counters. Sahaprom getting sloppy with his left hook now, he's probably thinking it's an easy ticket. Nana upping his workrate but missing most, although he did land a nice, short uppercut.

Fun round. For someone with so little pro experience, Sahaprom was awesome. I know he was champ in 4 fights and had an abundance of Muay Thai fights, but still. Crazy talent.

Lots of movement early on, both leading with jabs but taking the opportunities to counter their opponents' jab. Deathmask working some stinging body shots, and moving at the waist for his defence. This continues, Sahaprom's superior ability getting the better of the exchanges, before Nana landed a short right which hurt Veeraphol. Sahaprom backing up with Nana following. Sahaprom tries to escape, utilising stellar movement and footwork to get out of range but Nana's stalking approach let him catch up with Deathmask. Nana misses a hook and an uppercut, but when Veeraphol comes back with a counter, he's timed a blistering right which puts him on the mat. He tries to get up but after spinning around the ring and falling back over, the referee calls it a night.

    You errrrrrd...

I love Deathmask, I read an interview on him and he seems like a really proud, patriotic, but chilled out, guy, who was compelled to be the best. It's an awesome combination combined with his entertaining, technical style and ****ing ATG nickname.

Razor thin, both men taking the first half to adapt to the other's positioning, lead-hand and milling. Sahaprom breaking through first, throwing at a higher pace and landing a few grazing jabs, Chuwatana looking to land his left, albeit failing. Both using extensive movement and throwing sharp shots and showing brilliant ring IQ.

    Masterful opener.

Quite probably! A little tongue in cheek is always fun, though. Hell, in Britain it's considered charming.

Back to both showing poise; Sahaprom looking particularly elegant, boxing off the back-foot and showing exquisite footwork, in the process. His shifts and pivots along with his milling lead-hand had Chuwatana flummoxed, early on. Chuwatana, however, kept his workrate high and persisted with his 1-2, his output taking the round despite not landing much. Sahaprom wasn't throwing enough. Towards the end, Sahaprom gets cought flush, out of position, and looks slightly shaken. He moves away with back to the ropes, rotating his hips to take the sting from Chuwatana's incoming combinations, behind a high-guard. Chuwatana throwing nasty shouts around Sahaprom's mid-section, but not breaking through.
